((Oscar didn't survive the overdose. The hospital declared him dead at 4:21pm to his family. Santa Maria High School hosted a memorial dedicated to him and gave a whole lecture on drug awareness in an assembly.))

**Joel has attended the memorial and eventually slipped away half way the lecture as it seemed to upset him. Joel was quite shocked and his mother, Teresa Irala, who stood by his side even got emotional and couldn't resist her tears. Teresa grabs onto Joel's hand and shakes her head. Teresa wipes off a tear and gives a good rub through her eyes before she says: ''This is exactly why I'm so concerned Joel, don't end up like this, please. I couldn't bear to lose another one of my babies.''[/size]

* Michael attented the memorial and took position at a random corner in the room, listening to the memorial. As soon as the lecture started he ditched off back to the neighborhood.

Frank Castanzas was present at the memorial, as one of Oscar's close friends he eventually held a speech. "Oscar, or better known as Fantasma, was a loyal person and a true friend. As a witness of what went down, all I can say is.. May he Rest in Peace. Out of our sight, but not out of the heart"
Frank would be wearing a plain white T-shirt with a picture of Oscar, smiling warmly into the camera. A blue bandana between his right hand's fingers.
